Archive Policy

Authors who publish in the gold open access Disasters in Civil Engineering and Architecture Journal are encouraged to archive their work on personal websites, institutional or non-commercial subject-based repositories, and social media platforms as "pre-prints," in accordance with the terms of their CC BY-NC 4.0 International license.

Authors are encouraged to archive both their accepted manuscript (post-print) and the version of record (publisher version) on their personal websites, institutional or non-commercial subject-based repositories, blogs, and social media platforms. However, they must acknowledge that the article has been accepted for publication in Disasters in Civil Engineering and Architecture, published by Popular Scientist Publishing.

To maintain the integrity and authenticity of the scientific record, authors must include a link to the journal's website in the deposited version of their article. The online version published on the journal's website should be recognized as the authoritative record. Authors are also advised to consult with their sponsors to ensure they meet deposition requirements.
